Safety/ Quality/Environment
Maple & Associates has a group of professional technicians that are focussed on providing full ISO accreditation where required or just improving systems and processes that would lead to an eventual accreditation process.
In addition to the accreditation process the group is well versed in many of the specific safety elements that make up the sewer and water networks. These include specifically Confined Space Entry, Electrical Current Monitoring, Working at Heights and Identifying assets below ground using Non Destructive Digging. These aspects would be included in all elements of the safety and quality review process.
Equipment Design
Through many different operational situations the need to produce the most efficient and safe outcomes, relies on the effective design of equipment for the workforce activities.
With many years of experience in the design of equipment and collaboration with many equipment builders, both locally and internationally, Maple & Associates can offer an independent review and assessment of the your workplace activity and the equipment needed to support that activity.
This experience covers a range of equipment used within both water and sewer systems as well as in a number of other industries.
Workforce Productivity
Workforce productivity is linked to workforce management but includes an overall understanding of the KPI pressures within elements of the business, the use of correct equipment and even the safe working environments for our workforces. This is a critical component of how we put into practice the experiences gained through many years of operational management at Maple & Associates
